Beamex expands direct sales model and strengthens presence in Sweden to support its goal of being the calibration technology partner of choice
In order to help customers, tackle the technological challenges they face and take full advantage of the new opportunities presented by ongoing digital transformation in process industries, Beamex is to expand its direct sales model and strengthen its presence in Sweden. This change will result in an increase in cross-functional customer contact points and will lay the foundations for a more comprehensive, holistic level of support for Beamex customers.
Beamex’s distributor in Sweden, JMEX, has been a trusted partner for over 30 years, and with the increase in complexity of the Beamex Calibration Solution offering and the need for more customer support, a direct model will bring greater benefits to customers going forward. JMEX will support Beamex to ensure a smooth transition.
Beamex aims to be its customers’ trusted advisor for continuous process improvement and sustainable, safe operations and their preferred partner for calibration excellence. To enable this level of support and advice, we felt that we needed a more direct presence that goes beyond what we can provide through third-party distributors. As a result of this change Beamex will be closer to our customers and easier to do business with while we continue to deliver outstanding services and a seamless and digital calibration experience.

Beamex HQ – located just across the Gulf of Bothnia on Finland’s west coast – is home to a dedicated Swedish organization with a shared language and Nordic culture. The organization supporting Swedish customers will comprise of Beamex professionals working in sales, marketing and customer support.
